Farda Bope Texture Update

I finally made this BOPE skin. The beret is a creation of manorusso.

Installation:

• For the componentspeds.rpf, use OpenIV to go to:

x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf\

and replace the files.

• For the pedsprops.rpf, use OpenIV to go to:

x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf\

and replace the files.

- This skin replaces the SWAT skin.
- If you are going to use it on your server, I want the fastest whitelist for myself kkkkk
