when you only wear the tanktop or a shirt, there are no arms.
so you have to wear the right fitted arms too. (i choosed this method to be compatible with other tattoo mods.)

?tanktop or basketball jersey:
- go to "Player Options" ?? "Wardrobe" ?? "Tops2 (Outer)" ?? Type 11 (choose the tattoo you want over "Texture")

?crewneck shirt (xxl tshirt)
- go to "Player Options" ?? "Wardrobe" ?? "Tops2 (Outer)" ?? Type 12 (choose the tattoo you want over "Texture")
