Singleplayer (Female):

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Enable "Edit Mode".
3. Drag and drop files to: mods\x64\dlcpacks\mptuner\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mptuner_female_p.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_tuner

Singleplayer (Male):

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Enable "Edit Mode".
