Installation:
- Use OpenIV to place all files into the following directory: GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Launch AddonPeds (execute as administrator)
- Click "New Ped" and enter the name "xingganmeinv"
- Configure Ped Type to "female" and set Is streamed to "False".
- Press REBUILD.
- Installation complete!
