Enhanced Vincent Effenburger: Chop Chop Revision

Five years have passed since Vincent and his team were dismissed by Thornton Duggan from the Diamond Casino and Resort. Now a full-time police officer in the renowned but corrupt Los Santos Police Department, he provides intelligence and information on emerging criminals. This revision aims to provide greater detail for this character! This update refines the existing Vincent model featured in the Chop Chop update (Cluckin Bell Heist). Both cutscene and in-game models have been modified to align with the current lore-friendly world and EUP standards.

The in-game version has undergone significant revisions, including the addition of a new belt, nametag, the latest LSPD seal for his badge and hat, a walkie-talkie on his shoulder, and a holster. A new texture has been added for the belt and badge of the cutscene model. Further modifications were limited due to the skeletal mesh structure.
