Enhanced GTA IV Intro Boat NPCs [Pedestrian Add-on]

Background:

~ Arriving in Liberty City ~

"Daddy's back, you bitches!" cries a Dave Bosoy getting flagellated by a Thai Prostitute. Niko Bellic knocks on Dave's door and asks him to come out, but with no avail. Hossan Ramzy, Niko's friend, tells him to leave Dave behind and asks for help docking the ship.

A low-angle shot of the mighty ship accompanied by the opening credits of Grand Theft Auto IV ensues. Niko and Hossan climb on a metal platform to behold the skyline of Liberty City pierced by skyscrapers. Niko gives Hossan an account of the abundant wealth which his cousin Roman allegedly enjoys since moving to America.

Upon docking, the passengers disembark. Niko doesn't wait long before Roman hurtles down the quay in his taxi. He gets out of the car drunk, and rejoices on seeing Niko again. Considering his inebriated state, he advises Niko to drive the car back home. Niko enquires about the taxi, as Roman claimed he had a sports car, to which he replies that it is "in the shop".

Description:

I am finally excited to bring to you all the final mod containing GTA IV Russian story characters and one that holds a lot of nostalgia for me! This mod brings back some iconic side characters that helped build the atmosphere surrounding Liberty City and Niko's introduction. Also including Hossan who is someone that is a good friend of Niko's and someone you can meet later in the game as a strangers and freaks side quest. This pack also contains the whipping girl, who is actually Mr. Fuk's wife who's named Yung Fuk. She is seen in the intro whipping Dave the mate in his sleeping quarters. If you don't know who Mr. Fuk is, he is the owner of the Mr. Fuk's Rice Box Korean restaurant in Liberty City.

These peds have facial animations that match GTA V's base npc models. However, they do not have cutscene facial animations as that is a bit tougher to make. I suggest using a mod called Character Swap if you choose to use them for missions or cutscenes.

Known Issues:

Some of the models lack blood effects but this is pretty much the norm when it comes to GTA IV models as some are unpredictable.
