Enhanced Firefighting Capabilities

This update introduces a new ped for firefighters, offering enhanced customization options.

Firefighters can now choose between two gear styles: bunker gear with an SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) and firehouse gear featuring a shirt and radio.

The bunker gear skin is based on Gravelroadcop's design, while the shirt skin is original.

This update addresses the limitation of the previous FD ped, which always appeared in bunker gear indoors.
