Emissive Lighting Upgrade for CW Future Flash Pedestal
This model is a CW-inspired Future Flash. The design was based on the original CW Flash and various artists' impressions, resulting in a truly exceptional creation.
Big thanks to Barak101 for the glow effect.
My custom Speedforce SFX (designed for use with JulioNIB's Flash V mod) is not included.

Installation:
1. Install AddonPeds. 2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\ 3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add the ped to the listPlease respect the time and effort put into this mod. If you plan on making a video featuring it, please credit Spud.
