- Open OpenIV.
- Navigate to GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one.
- Create a backup of uppr_diff_015_a_uni.ytd and uppr_diff_015_c_uni.ytd.
- Extract the files from this zip to a folder.
- Ensure that edit mode is enabled.
- Replace the file with the Eminem Killshot T-Shirt.
