INSTALLATION
To load the uniform;
Follow the location: GTA V > x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
To load the beret;
Follow the location: GTA V > x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > pedprops.rpf
Replace the files I gave with the original files.
I recommend using a skin control program.
