Eco-Conscious Clan Supports Franklin with Flannel

This mod replaces one of Franklin's shirts (not a t-shirt) and makes it entirely green, except for the white t-shirt underneath. It's perfect for Families cosplay or if you simply want to show your solidarity with them by wearing green like they do.
