This mod adds dreadlock hairstyles to male characters. You'll need the MP Clothes Addon Clothing Slots mod from GTA5-Mods.
Replace files in the following path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/ x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_female.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01 For information on streaming new hairstyles for characters, follow the guide on Cfx.re forum:
