Installation Instructions:

1.Run OpenIV
2.Navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one"
For the hat, navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one"
3.Enable Edit Mode
4.Drag and drop "All Files" into the directory
5.Launch GTA V!
