Dark Velocity Costume

Many people have been asking for a black Flash suit, and I wanted to create one myself. Although I'm not skilled in graphic design or texture modding, I decided to learn and give it a try. This costume was inspired by OKAYMANXXI. I hope you enjoy it! Let me know how I can improve it next time.

INSTALL

Installation:

1. Open GTA V in OpenIV and navigate to x64v.rpf. Double-click it to open.
2. Go to models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/. Then go to the folder player_two and replace all the files from the archive.
