Cruella De Vil: Canine Accessory ?
The rigging for the coat isn't that great but I did the best I could. I will try to work on it to see if I can make it better. It comes with a version without a coat, but you can toggle it off if on the regular version by using a trainer and changing the torso, but the changes won't appear in menyoo.
Installation
Install the addonpeds mod
Use addon peds to spawn or replace it with a ped that you want, just rename example: ig bankman.
