Crazy Crew

The Loco Syndicate, more accurately described as a criminal enterprise involving several individuals, specialized in drug trafficking, primarily cocaine. Operating mainly out of San Fierro, the Syndicate consisted of Jizzy B, San Fierro's most influential pimp, gang leader T-Bone Mendez, and Mike Toreno, a mysterious businessman later revealed to be an undercover government agent.
