First, run OIV (Open IV).
1. Activate Edit Mode.
2. Locate: x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one.
3. Drag The File: uppr_diff_004_j_uni.ytd to the inside of the localized folder.
Now open the game and enjoy!
