Chun-Li Accessory Pedal

This mod features the Chun-Li model from Street Fighter V. While I attempted to make the dress function as realistically as possible, cloth physics are beyond my capabilities for character implementation.

To install the mod, place all files in the following directory:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf

(You will need OpenIV for this step.)

Next, utilize the AddonPeds Editor.exe (included with the AddonPeds script) to add the model as a streamed ped. Remember to rebuild everything after.
