Chucky's Tiffany: A "Ped" Expansion

This mod allows you to use PEDS as Add-Ons. You can find instructions on how to do this here:
[Instructions Removed] Alternatively, you can replace any existing Ped by renaming the files to match the Ped you want to replace. For example, rename the files to "ig_bankman" to replace the bankman Ped.
