Instructions:

1.) Open OpenIV. 2.) Navigate to the following file path in OpenIV: Mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_two. 3.) Double click "lowr_diff_007_a_uni". 4.) Click "replace" and replace it with the PNG file located in the download folder. 5.) Click save. 6.) Ensure you have either downloaded a mod menu to change into the uniform or completed the game to unlock the uniform. 7.) Launch the game!
