Installation Instructions:

1. Run OpenIV
2. Navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one"
3. For hats, navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one"
4. Turn on Edit Mode
5. Drag and drop "All Files" into the directory
6. Play GTA V!
