- Open OpenIV
- Navigate to GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
- Create a backup of each uppr_diff_004_*_uni.ytd and lowr_diff_023_*_uni.ytd file you intend to replace.
- Extract the contents of this zip file to a folder.
- Ensure edit mode is enabled.
- Replace the existing files with the Chelsea jersey files.
