x64v.rpf\model\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p replace p_head_diff_004_a.ytd
put Skin Control.ini in the main folder.

In-Game:
press F8 use the arrows and go to load, press enter and select "charlie scene" or "charlie scene /w" for the white bandana
