Cartoon Network Franklin T-Shirt

uppr_diff_004_k_uni into your mods folder.

Install:

1. mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
2. Replace the texture and save...

Always backup your files.
