Carabinieri High-Visibility Kit

This is the version 2.0 update for the Carabinieri high visibility vest.
The following changes have been implemented:

• A red stripe has been added to the pants.
• A white version of the high-visibility vest has been added, along with a cover cap.
• A custom Carabinieri badge has been included.
• A wimple and "station commander" distinctive badge have been added.
• The texture of the weapon has been changed.
