You will need the PROTRIKK Shirt Model.

To install, open OPENIV and go to the following location: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

Open the rar file downloaded from the link and go to the model folder. Extract its contents.

Next, open the rar file containing "my One" and extract it as well.

Launch your game and enjoy!
