alright, here it is the real Arkham city, i want to point out there are some small issues with the cape which ill fix later beside that here is what's new-
-new cape flows like knight batman, and has the teef at the end of it.
- fixed some bugs issues like at the leg area and the face being moved when talk or fight.
-improved textures and shaders. it looks much better now.

install - download and install addon peds, follow the instructions from there and do the same for the peds you want.
