SP (Single Player):
1. Extract the files. 2. Open OpenIV. 3. Enable "Edit mode". 4. Drag and drop files here: mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
FiveM:
1. Extract the files. 2.
