The conversion for GTA 5 was done by StreetMode.

Here's how to install it:

You'll need the Add-Ons mod:
(File path information removed)

In-game, use the spawn name "Asuna God Eater" to bring her into your world.

To replace an existing character model, navigate to the following directory and replace the file "a_f_y_topless_01":
mods/update/x64/dlcplacks/mppatchesng/dlc/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches/
