First, have OpenIV installed and then follow these steps in Edit Mode:

To install Arno's clothing, install it in the root folder which in my case is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streampeds_players.rpf\player_one\

And to install Arno's head:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_one\
