To replace it open OpenIV and browse to the next folder:

Without mods Folder:

x64v.rpf>models>cdimages>streamedpeds_players.rpf>player_zero

With mods Folder:
mods>x64v.rpf>models>cdimages>streamedpeds_players.rpf>player_zero
