Anti-Police Graffiti Inspired Face and Neck Tattoos (Male/Female) for Single Player

This mod brings ACAB Graffiti themed face and neck tattoos to GTA 5. It includes one skin file, a photo version of the file, upload instructions, the original texture, and demo photos.
