to install, Open OPENIV, navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods and open the file x64v.rpf
Click Models/CDimages/steampeds-player.rpf then open the Player_one File

once you have that open, locate the file
"uppr_diff_004_J_uni.ytd"

The shirt replaces the LC rampage shirt avalable from BINCO
