You will need the "Ultimate Shoes Pack for Franklin Add-On" from gta5-hub.com for this to function.
How to install:
- Open OpenIV
- Navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one"
- Turn on Edit Mode
- Drag and drop the .ytd file into the directory
- Enjoy!
