I created this improved admin ped for a server I'm developing. I hope you like the player ped and find it useful! I designed it because I wasn't satisfied with existing admin peds. If you feel the same way, this one should be perfect for you. Additionally, the badge is customizable. You can edit its texture using OpenIV if you have the necessary experience.
