2012/13 Chelsea Home Jersey - Custom for Franklin

To install the Chelsea 2012/13 home jersey on Franklin in GTA V, follow these steps:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following file path: GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
3. Create a backup of any uppr_diff_004_*a or b_uni.ytd files you intend to replace.
4. Extract the files from this zip archive into a folder.
5. Ensure that edit mode is enabled in OpenIV.
6. Replace the desired files with the Chelsea jersey files.
