Yoshinori Koguchi's 1999-2000 K-Style RPS13 180sx Design

One of the so called 180sx kings - Yoshinori Koguchi, a D1GP driver (2001-2016?), and his good old RPS13.
This livery is a 1 to 1 replica of the second of the most notable versions of his car styling, before he had entered D1GP
Instalation:
1. Install Nissan 180sx by erfet
2. Replace the window and car templates with ones in ninef2.ytd
3. Add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to ninef2 in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta
