Download and install Cosmo's Lenco Bearcat from this link: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10301-lenco-variation/. Follow his instructions for installation. After installation, open riot.ytd and replace the bearcat_sign_1 with mine.

A very in-depth installation guide is included inside the README in the download. Please refer to it for full instructions. *** Don't forget to make backups or use a mods folder ***.

Using OpenIV, put everything from the Vehicle Files folder (which includes riot.ytd, riot.yft, etc) into:

update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday8ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

Then, place the vehicles.meta into:

update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5

Next, place the handling.meta into:

update>update.rpf>common>data

Finally, place the vehiclelayouts.meta into:

update>update.rpf>common>data>ai

You need to put all of these files in the correct places or else that vehicle will not work properly.
