West Virginia State Police Vehicle Livery

Download and Install the Police Charger mod by tannertoby. After downloading, extract the .rar folder. Open OpenIV and navigate to this file path: GTAV>(mods)>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf. Inside vehicles.rpf, find the police2.ytd (texture dictionary). Open it and replace the chp file with the chp file from the downloaded mod. Use a trainer to spawn Police Cruiser (2) in game. All credit for the model goes to tannertoby. This is just a skin for that model.
