Welsh Police Heddlu Audi A4 Quattro 2017 with Livery

Download the model for this car. Then download the skin and install it using OpenIV.

It is recommended to use a "Mods" folder when installing any mods.

Go to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Find Police.ytd. Click "Edit" on the top right of OpenIV. Right-click Police.ytd and press Edit.

Find car_sign_1. Click "Replace" on the top right corner. Then select the png file provided in the download.

Once you have done that click "Properties" to the left of replace. Set MipMap levels to 10 and Pixel Format to DXT5.

Then do the same for Police+Hi.ytd.

Once you have done then it will be installed. You may have to use a trainer to change the livery to mine.
