Welsh Police Heddlu Audi A4 Quattro (2017) - Black livery

Download the model for this car. Then download my skin and install using open IV. I recommend using a "Mods" folder when installing any mods.

Go to:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Find Police2.ytd, click "Edit" on the top right of OpenIV. Right click Police2.ytd and press Edit. Find car_sign_1, click "Replace" on the top right corner and then select the png file provided in my download.

Once you have done that click "Properties" to the left of replace, set MipMap levels to 10 and Pixel Format to DXT5.

Then do the same for Police2+Hi.ytd. Once you have done then it will be installed. You may have to use a trainer to change the livery to mine.
