Installation

1. Open up Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Place all of the files inside the model folder at the location provided above
3. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Place the file inside the handling folder at the location provided above
5. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default (don't use Open IV here)
6. Place the file from the els folder at the location provided above (don't use Open IV here)
