Vehicle Registration Plates in Bangladesh

Instructions:
1. Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
2. Enter Edit Mode
3. Unzip the downloaded file
4. Click on the green plus icon, locate the unzipped file and copy it.
