Vauxhall Astra Livery: Heddlu Police Edition (Wales)

This is my first ever skin. To use it, first download the car model. Then download my skin and install using open IV. I recommend using a "Mods" folder when installing any mods.

Go to x64e - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf. Click "Edit," find police.ytd, right click it and press edit. Find car_sign_1, click "Replace" on the top right corner, then select the png file provided in my download. Once you have done that click "Properties" to the left of replace and set MipMap levels to 10 and Pixel Format to DXT3.

Do the same for police+hi.ytd. And you are done! Enjoy the skin. :)

UPDATE : V2 Added "Heddlu" on the front and back of the car as to be more authentic.
