Vancouver Police Department 2018 Dodge Charger Patrol Vehicle
This is my first Vancouver, Canada police vehicle. It's a 2018 Dodge Charger Pursuit with some minor differences from the real one, such as the missing front bumper decal.
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS FOR A NON-ELS VEHICLE. I WILL NOT BE MAKING A RELEASE FOR AN ELS VEHICLE
Instructions:
Use OpenIV to open the vehicle files. Click the 'edit' button on the top right of the window. Open the '.ytd' file, and drop the 'livery_chrg_sign_1.png' file into the window. Then click ok, and save it.
