Valkyrie Base: US Coast Guard, Los Santos

This is a US Coast Guard skin for the valkyrie helicopter, without weapons. It's mainly inspired by the real HH-65 Dolphin, with some creative liberties taken and emblems moved due to the lack of doors. While not perfect, it's ready to go for now.

I might create versions based on the swift or the annihilator if there's interest. However, I'd prefer to wait for SkylineGTRFreak to remake their MH-60J from IV.

To install:

1. Find valkyrie.ytd with OpenIV in the following directory:
   mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>mpheist>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>mpheistvehicles.rpf
2. Open it and import heliguard.png.
3. Save the .ytd file, and you're done!

If anyone knows how to edit the dispatch.meta so that this spawns instead of the polmav when out on the ocean, please share your knowledge!
