This is a United States Coast Guard (USCG) Vapid Caracara 4K livery. The original vehicle model is by SAS994.

Livery installation:

1. Start OpenIV and press "Edit mode".
2. Open "polcaracara.ytd".
3. Replace the "cara_sign_1" file.
4. Press Save.
5. Enjoy!
