USCG Destroyer Skins: Lore-Compliant Designs

These two liveries for the United States Coast Guard are lore-friendly and feature Red & White / Anniversary Yellow color schemes. While the real-life Los Angeles-class destroyer does not utilize HH-60T Jayhawks, a suitable lore-friendly model representing the HH-65 Dolphin helicopter could not be found.
