Upgrading Smokey's LAPD Crown Vic Lights

This modification changes the white-blue and white-red lights in the lightbar to blue and red. The strobe lights are also improved, and the indicators are no longer yellow (yellow lights will still be present when the headlights are on).

**INSTALLATION:**
1) First, you must install Smokey's LAPD CVPI. 2) Navigate to the location where you installed your car. 3) Replace the "police.ytd" file with mine. 4) Enjoy!
