Updated Seat Leon Police and Carabinieri Skins

This file is a texture for the Seat Leon Polizia and Seat Leon Carabinieri mods by Pi3tr091. You need to download and install the original mod to use this texture (installation instructions are included in the installation guide). The ELS file has been improved with the addition of strobe lights on the rear and alternating headlights on the front. The livery's color has been enhanced, and the writing on the sides has been increased in size and made slanted.
